ROC van Amsterdam

Overview

Amsterdam's public ROC offers Nuffic-certified bilingual MBO tracks including International Business Studies, International Hotel & Tourism Management and International Steward/Stewardess (MBO College Airport). EU students aged 18+ pay the statutory MBO fee of EUR 1,458 (2025-26); non-EU institutional fees are not published.

Eligibility

EU/EEA applicants are welcome if they meet the entry requirements (prior education at VMBO/HAVO level); non-EU applicants can be admitted only under certain conditions, since the ROC can request a study visa only in limited cases. The bilingual tracks run roughly 50% English / 50% Dutch, so both languages are needed.
