Who Can Use EduRut

EduRut is available without age restriction. You must comply with applicable laws and ensure that the information you provide is accurate.

Accounts and Security

• You are responsible for your account credentials and activity.
• Do not share passwords or access with unauthorized users.
• Report suspected misuse to support@edurut.com.

Platform Roles

• Students consume filtered content based on their profile preferences.
• Merchants publish listings and advertisements for student visibility.
• Admins manage rules, approvals, and platform safety.

Merchant Content

• Merchants are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and advertisements.
• EduRut may review, approve, reject, or remove content that violates policies.
• Listings may be matched and ranked based on student profile filters.

Prohibited Use

• Do not post unlawful, misleading, or abusive content.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access or disrupt platform operations.
• Do not use EduRut to spam, scrape, or misuse data.

Intellectual Property

EduRut’s platform design, software, and branding are owned by dotsoftech.co.ltd. Merchants retain ownership of their content, and grant EduRut a license to display it for platform operations.

Disclaimer

EduRut provides information for matching and discovery. We do not guarantee outcomes related to education, finance, recruitment, or travel services. Always verify details with the merchant before making decisions.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to the platform. You may request account deletion at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes will be handled by courts in Nepal.
