Overview

The Higher Education Authority administers this government award for non-EU/EEA students taking a master's, postgraduate diploma or PhD at an Irish institution. Each award is a 10,000 euro stipend for one year plus a full fee waiver from the host institution; roughly 60 awards are made each year.
