How do I apply to a listing?
Open any listing from Listings and use the action button on the detail page (for example “Apply” or “Contact provider”). Applications and inquiries are sent directly to the provider, so make sure your profile is up to date before you apply.
How do I complete my profile for better matches?
Go to your profile and fill in your location, study preferences, budget, and intake. EduRut matches merchant content to these filters, so the more complete your profile is, the more relevant your results will be.
How does matching work?
EduRut compares the filters on your profile — such as location, budget, and study preferences — against the metadata on merchant listings. Listings that fit your profile are surfaced first. Matching does not share your personal details with providers until you choose to apply or make contact.
Can I switch between the student and merchant roles?
Your role determines what you see. If your account has merchant access, you can switch context from Settings. If you only have a student account, you will need to become a merchant first (see below).
How do I become a merchant?
Merchant accounts can publish listings and advertisements. Request merchant access from Settings, or contact us at support@edurut.com. Merchant content goes through a verification and approval step before it appears publicly.
How do I manage notifications?
Notification preferences live in Settings. You can adjust which service-related messages you receive there at any time.
How do I change my password or theme?
Change your password and switch between light and dark theme from Settings. For password security guidance, see the Security page.
What do the listing categories mean?
Listings are grouped by the kind of opportunity or service they represent — for example education institutions, scholarships, recruitment, travel, remittance, and visa consulting. Choose the category that matches what you are looking for to narrow your results.
How do I contact a provider?
Open the listing you are interested in from Listings. Each listing detail page includes the provider’s contact action so you can reach out directly.
How is my data and privacy handled?
We collect only what is needed to run the platform and never sell your personal data. Read the full details in our Privacy Policy and on the Security page.
